Dalmeny Bible Church was founded in 1904 in response to a group of settlers who had begun arriving in the Dalmeny area as early as 1901.

Hi yogis and yoginis!
I hope you all had a beautiful summer and are ready to get back to your yoga routine! Classes will start next week on September the 12th with a FREE DEMO CLASS at 7:30 pm followed by a half hour of registration. If you have people in your life who would benefit from yoga or are curious about what a class looks like, feel free to pass on the information or forward them this email.
I just wanted to send out some information about the upcoming schedule for fall. As of now, I have two days a week scheduled for Session #1 and one day a week scheduled for Session #2 with the option to add in the extra Tuesday for Session #2 if the interest is there. I'm just confirming Tuesday times this weekend but Tuesdays class will hopefully be earlier in the day 5:30 pm - 6:45 pm? Feedback welcome on this!
TIMES and Location:
Session #1 runs from September 16th to November 1st - Tuesdays TBA and Thursdays 8:00 pm till 9:15 pm
Session #2 runs from November 1st to December 19th - Thursdays 8:00 pm till 9:15 pm
All classes are at the J J Loewen Center, 206 Railway Ave in Dalmeny
Half Session: 7 classes plus 1 free class = $68 Students: $55
(once a week for Session 1 or Session 2) works out to $8.50 a class!
Full Session: 14 classes plus 1 free class = $125 Students: $100
(twice a week for either Session 1 or 2) works out to $8.33 a class!
Double Full Session: 21 classes plus 1 free class = $180 Students: $145
(from the start to the end! ) works out to $8.18 a class!
10 class punch card : 10 classes plus 1 free class = $100
(one per person but can be used any time between September 11th and December 19th) works out to $9.09 a class!
Drop in (but the first class is still always free!): $10 per class

** Student prices apply to high school and university students only - valid student ID may be requested**
***You may carry over a maximum of TWO classes per session. Example: If you sign up for Session #1 but miss one week, you can use that class in the next session or at your earliest convenience. Refunds for missed classes will ONLY be granted with a doctor's note that covers the missed time.***
Dalmeny Seniors Club: Our Seniors Club welcomes anyone 50 plus to join our activities. Memberships are $25/year. Our current membership is now at over 80 people. We have a supper meeting the 2nd Tuesday of the month with entertainment included. It is at 6 pm and $12.50/person.
A birthday party for everyone whose birthday is within the month is held on the first Monday of the Month. We enjoy food, coffee and good fellowship that day. Pancake breakfasts are held the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 8:30 am.
Exercises for our members are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 10 am starting September 19/16. Come join.
Regular pool games are Wednesdays and Fridays. Call Dave for exact times and details @ 306-254-4385. Table games are encouraged. Call and arrange a time you would like to come.
Activities and projects are a big part of our club. We are having a presentation of new projects at our October supper on Oct. 11/16. If you have new ideas, let us know.
