NEW - Wakefield Place
Dalmeny is a wonderful place community and a place to call home. There are a number of lots for sale for you to build the place you have always wanted.Wakefield Place is on the East side of Dalmeny. It will be directly South of the Elementary School, and North of the Outdoor Rink/Dalmeny Arena.
The area has a site plan that will accomodate multi-family units. Services have not been brought to site yet, but we anticipate development to begin in 2026.
